Mariano Rivera notched his second save of the season against the hated Red Sox in Beantown tonight. He retired pinch hitter Mark Bellhorn on a liner to second baseman Tony Womack then got Johnny Damon on a grounder to Womack. Trot Nixon then walked before Mo got Manny Ramirez to ground to second to end the game. Its his second save of the season and the 338th of his career. He is only three behind Rollie Fingers for seventh place on the all time career saves list. His E.R.A. is now lowered to 4.91.
