From The New York Times:

The agent Fern Cuza said he had not initiated talks with the Yankees on a contract extension for closer Mariano Rivera. But Cuza said that Rivera, whose contract expires after 2007, wants to keep pitching. “He wants to pitch until they open up the new stadium,” Cuza said. “That’s his goal.” Rivera turned 37 last month, and the new Yankee Stadium opens in 2009.
