Mariano Rivera was perfect again in his second appearance of the spring. He pitched the fourth inning against the Reds. He retired the first batter on a fly to center then struck out the former overall number one draft pick from 1999 (Josh Hamilton) and then retired the last batter on a grounder to A-Rod at short.
The game ended in a 1-1 tie after ten innings.
