Jose Bautista and Chris Gomez were able to bounce singles through the infield but Mo benefited from a 3-2-5 double play to get out of the inning without giving up a run. Rivera has worked three innings so far on the spring, facing 10 batters. He has allowed two hits and struck out three and has allowed no runs. His ERA for the Spring is of course 0.00.
The game against the Pirates featured comedian and die hard Yankee fan Billy Crystal playing in the game. He worked the count to 3-1, fouling off a pitch but eventually struck out.
