On July 26, 2007, we received a letter from SFX Baseball, the company that represents Mr. Rivera. In the letter, they alleged that we were engaging in unethical activities and that they wanted the domain from us or they would do what they needed to. After the issue had received attention, I (Patrick) spoke with a gentleman at the company who told me that the letter was sent to me in error and that we could continue to run as we had previously. Unfortunately, no guarantees were made as far as future action. But, hopefully this matter has been resolved. For archival purposes, I just wanted to document the timeline of events in this situation.
